Salary always on 10th . And no matter how good work u had done if client will remove you from project . Mastech will also will not give you notice. Nor you will get other project nor mastech having other client where they will deploy you. They told me during hiring having min 5 years of work at client. And after watching work it was known for me it is not for long time . 5 years reduced to 10 month only . It ok client means no work means move forward by payroll don't have single other client not good.

Likes

Nothing. They are not at all user friendly.

Dislikes

They will pay you high in offer letter but there is no guarantee how long they will pay you. They can even lay off in a month if they find some one with less pay. No job security and no guarantee on payment and no work life balance. They will give you shift time in Monday to Friday but they will expect to work on every day.even on holiday.if you have some issue with working on holidays for a single day they can lay you off on the next day.

There are plenty of things which I like about Mastech Digital but to list a few, they always 1) Pay on time 2) Work Environment is good 3) Work-life balance.

There’s nothing which I dislike, I may like less but no disliking as of now.

Likes

There is nothing to like about this organisation. Corrupt high level management, TL, HRs everyone is biased and inhuman. They also play with the candidates they hire on contract for third party companies. Especially Saurav Shekhar, manager. Preeti baranwal DHR and mostly Shipra Sharma Business unit head AVP. All are corrupt.

Dislikes

Firstly they will hire you on your talent then they will make you work. Instead of promotion they change your role. Then they terminate you within 3 months of promotion /role change bcz of no business. In there business issues, you will suffer. Don't connect with any of their recruiters, they play fraud, they will place you and then forward you on be ch after 6 months. After that they fire you.

No set process to manage the employee. No consideration for the enhancement of skills to any employee.

Dislikes

Working culture, micro management, job insecurity, no leaves approved. No empathy in the managers. They want the numbers for the requirements on which they are themselves unable to deliver.
