...lity training. Talking about Appraisal which is not as per the employment norms.There is no balance in the appraisal system,even you can stick at a same salary for years.

...m 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.Some times due to some issues we have to extend our timing.From management there are always delays in payment either to partners or salary & expenses which badly affects our working atmosphere.

The main thing to highlight here regarding the cited subject is that the growth of the employees is within ie whenever any vaccancy gets created,Mass Infotech Society gave oppurtunity to its employees who are already working.

Dislikes

The communication gap between Higher Management and rest of the staff in terms of getting approvals. No TOT for freshers in new Projects. Even senior members sometime feel that whom to contact to get the approval for small things.

Growth is slow. Less activities, also There is no training on job for new candidate hence seniors folks like me have to guide step by step which is quite pain sometimes

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
