...tation. 4. Doubtful ethical practices 5. No dignity for those on notice period. They will find a way to make sure you don't get your desired and promised pay/salary on time. You literally have to beg for your own salary. Ghosting is their way! 6. Mon to Sat: working (Sat is work from home but again no relief in the scheme as you are expected to work for extra hours). 7. On Sundays, you are expected to prepare for next week's tasks. So again, no respect for employee's personal life. 8. Office politics.

Excellent work standards and the SOPs are well set. Really appreciate the processes & ethics followed. The management is extremely open to collaboration & entrusts you with great responsibilities. The team is dedicated and responsible.

It's an office where you can gain prior experience, before going to a good, bigger company

They try to show that their work environment is very good, but unfortunately it's the opposite, almost all the staff that's in some position is toxic and wants to pull you down due to their own incompetence, years old practices still going on nothing can be changed, if you are a friend of the owner or if you are good at polishing the administration you are good here or else it's a hell hole, many things can be changed if employees are actually seen as people and not robots, period for woman wasn't seen as a reason for asking for a leave, and raise in salary was a joke, it was again influenced by people who shouldn't even have that power because they were exploiting it.

There is nothing to like about it. Yes you read it right. I recently left the firm after toiling for more than a year. The only the thing i liked about the firm was the CCD coffee machine.

Dislikes

Seniors along with a fraud dermatologist run this place. What can one expect ? They come up with dumb ideas, keep joking around, stay careless about the ongoing visits. Most of the work is done by the freshers right from managing the visit to completing it. The study managers roam around doing nothing but spotting small mistakes just to insult the juniors.
