The support and motivation from our manager nothing else was good or even fair there.

Dislikes

Environment was too orthodox and suffocating seems like working amidst clergymen in some religiously bound space with restrictions; not to wear western dresses, talk to males etc. Partiality was there when it comes to salary crediting; male employees use to get from the owner and females use to get from the lady( director and wife of the owner) The boss never used to interact with the female employees and the director vice- versa as she visits once in a blue moon. Some employees also indulge in religious things like reciting holy book amidst office hours disturbing others.
