No bus faculty from door to door for bus You need to come fixed bus stop which is away from home 5-6 km then bus will receive you After 12 hr working daily 1 hour (7am-8am for night shift) & (7pm-8pm) for 1st shift meeting. No C-off and Over time to staff after given in CTC. No single rule follows by HR Department. In audit time Or production time no home going you need to stop in company for 24hr/48hr/72hr upto work completions

1. Good infrastructure provided by management 2. Nashta Canteen & tea is good but all are self paid

1. Working hours are 12 hrs for operator to Plant head all positions. 2. Too much attrition rate. 3. No any facilities provided. 4. KRA is on monthly basis without providing any resources 5. No team work 6. Not always paid for convince for office tours at local
