Difference between CTC and In hand salary. No job security Worlds worst canteen and also Compusaly to all. If u eat or not eat payment will deducted from salary. HR hammered there policies and change there policies just like the dictator. No bus faculty from door to door for bus You need to come fixed bus stop which is away from home 5-6 km then bus will receive you After 12 hr working daily 1 hour (7am-8am for night shift) & (7pm-8pm) for 1st shift meeting. No C-off and Over time to staff after given in CTC. No single rule follows by HR Department. In audit time Or production time no home going you need to stop in company for 24hr/48hr/72hr upto work completions
