If they get the cheap labour then they will kick you any time. If you wanted to know the reasons they will deduct your salary and post wrong alligations on you.

Meri salry nai di pura month work Kiya or 1 to 10 days extra kiye still meri slry nai di April month ki jab salary ke liye bola to rudely tone.me answer dete hai ki koi salary nai milegi or humne aapko abscond krdiya h mene bola bhi ki mai dobara join krleti hu unhone kaha ki ab aap abscond krdiye gye ho Itni ghatiya company h fraud company paisaa khati h employee ka mehnat ka paisa bhi khalete h

...ner less and they don't know how to deal his junior ...they wants only work .. They don't provide salary on time ,not giving any incentive even use less company.. I don't think ... this company has a good future for any employee

Main dismotivasting thing is salary which we get on 15 or even late of every month. At the time of new vacancies of TL or floor manager, I expect promotion of my seniors(so that I also work harder for promotion in a year or so) but they recuit new satff, whom have no knowledge about the process.
