This place is very good to those people's which are rich, they get good salary and if any boy belong with poor family and not looking smart and very simple than this company give them salary very low and if you have been a experience guy to working here thanever, no guarantee to promotion.. And gives wrong assurance. That's why I left this company. Sorry if any mistake to write review

Not a perticular way to resolve the customer's issue. The work of agent is only pick calls and gave them apology and nothing happen... What I tell you I don't know. So frustrated this company

The most important thing I feel at Mass Call Net was Good Working environment with time to time feedback whenever any mistake made by the employee.

The worst thing about Mass Call Net is their salary distribution policy.Salary is credited to the employees account from 12 to 16th of every month and other thing is that we have to work on such a system which will not work properly and you will have to make complaint to the team leader or it team again and again.Timing is also not perfect.
