Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Likes

it was good to start for learning industry and get used to experience of life. Good teammates, less job security, hectic work schedule, less opportunity for innovation and no scope for a proper work life balance are the things I found during my job period.

Dislikes

I dislike everything like job security, career growth, salary travel and others but a good starting platform for experiencing the industry world and get used to it.
