Incentive not given properly, Incentive given by Dealership so there are much more politics, That's why employees disappointed

Pressure of workload is more than salary and yearly increments are just as a lollipop. In 5 years of my working time not a good change in my salary as all expenses were gonna be high day by day

It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

...e to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.
