There are just problems nothing to like about the culture. DPM thinks they are god and treat you as shit HR has no power and the manager review provided to HR in confidence is shared with the manager with details of the employee. Zero work flexibility and post having super long working hours. DPM will expect you to work for more time. And if you try to stand your ground you will have to go through mental trauma and harassment. HR is just useless with zero to no power in my department. Team members are so scared of DPM that they will let you take the entire blame even if they have reviewed your work and gave a go ahead. Most of the employees are unhappy. Half are just staying because they are overpriced or lack skills to get job anywhere else. Truly a bad culture. I would wanna write more i don't want to waste my time further

Salary and bonus is good. Complete job security. Two yearly vacations and opportunity for cross departmental transfers

Dislikes

People at top care more about putting facade of "hard work" than actually doing something that has impact. TSMs are responsible for all bad work and bosses are more interested in humiliating and creating pressure to improve than genuinely making combined effort to improve things.

Pros - Compensation - Job security Cons - Pathetic culture - Even after being a lateral, I am being treated like a MT - Organizational culture is more like bashing employees - No actual R&D, whatever the product is, you have to sell

Dislikes

The specific Commercial channel is a complete mess, with no allignment of management. Terrible experience being a part of the pathetic department. You may choose anything in MSIL but commercial.
