The organisation presents all employees with an equal opportunity. Induction includes a 3 week program at the Gurgaon factory which familiarizes us with all the different business aspects of the company. There have been no layoffs on account of COVID. WFH is the mandate by and large if travel can be avoided. Regular checks similar to Arogya Setu are mandatory.
