1) Flexibility to experiment and learn 2) Good Compensation 3) Strong Culture fostering discipline

1) Not so smart senior leadership and most of them underqualified for the role although executive leadership is great 2) Micro management culture disseminated by the mindset of people with poor or no business/management skills sitting at the senior leadership 3) The structure comprising of Asst. Manager --> Dept. Manager --> Manager --> Sr. Manager doesnt follow the classic pyramid structure, in fact people at Sr. Manager level are more in numbers than at Asst. Manager level making progression difficult, which is even further aggravated with low attrition 4) Lala culture to certain extent especially related to promotion policies

Dislikes

Politics at all level junior to senior management level. Latteral employees are targeted by peers since they fell threatened by their skill and knowledge. Quite members who are more proactive by nature are less favored by managers. Result in lost promotions, lower salaries than extroverted colleagues with similar experience, and being taken for granted.

Sir culture is there. Bell curve policy, you are bound to get a lower grade in span of 4 years. Recently more levels have been included in between for promotions.
