The company Provide the lot of opportunities to there employees also they are taking care of there employees in all the terms like in terms of working culuture, job security, salary, appraisal, allowances etc. Working environment of Maruti insurance is good, all the senior management and team of MI is supporting. MI is a good option for job seekers.

Compensation Provided by the company is decent but growth is slow. sometimes I need to travel the whole night for reaching at dealership on time next day. I also need to handle some of those dealers who are not in my territory.

No one is taking feedbacks and suggestions from the field team, Field sales team is only asked to follow orders from HO which is not fair. Forcefully things are being implemented on the clients.

Ineffective leader Leader needs to be changed immediately Focus on productive work rather than paper and clarical work. Belives in Employee exploitation Impatiance Leader Reactive rather than proactive Very poor decisiton making Even leaders dont know what kind of people they are looking for No Transparent system, unprofessionalism, communication gap, favouritsm, one man army show, no weightage to employee voice and suggestions, no authority and freedom of work, convention paper work and approval system delays in work, non acceptance of technology, belives in cost saving and conventional method of working. Non acceptance of changing environment.. Top managememt need to focus on employer branding, employee developent, They should consider HR as a key of success for the organization rather just as a back end function

No HR Support No Job Security Managers not having committed to what they say they changed there mood every 2nd day. Every time they were having less Staff and some else doing work No approval for asking leave, holidays are just to reimburse in the end. get ur reimbursement after 5-6 months Company is working on a portal that never works. i have to attend calls even after office hours and Saturday Sunday and resolve them
