Marsh is for timely salary which mainly we need and yearly appraisal for either posting or increments, all credits goes to the Management. The salary compensation is made unnecessarily complex and vague. You will get 70% of what they commit. Retention will take 50% of your annual bonus, they pay you when they realise from the partners & the mechanism of recovery is poor.
