The amount of workload put on to the employees on daily basis for more than 12-13 hrs with merely 5-10 mins break taken can actually turn any person into an hardworking and an all rounder :)

... of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and they were biased. Salary paid was very less and it was not at all justified with the amount of work given. Food served in cafeteria was a risk to human health. The on job training was aswell not proper.

I learnt a lot from renaissance Hotel Lucknow . In the lockdown period each n every employee got salary. So it was big thing. I am very grateful to this company staff like Manager n Associate every staff talk to very polite so this is also good. They never followed rules His salary structure is very bad in associate leval they are taking hours & hours of work but they didn't paid mony for that even we are in a sick then never care for that

...is pandemic situation Marriott management team they layoff most of employees. Those employees who has worked more then 12 to 14 hours Shift even hotel Neve used to pay for overtime. Marriott they have showed true' meaning of people put first
