... time but sometimes people don't get equal opportunity to go to these trainings.salary is provided according to nationality for example if I'm Indian I will be paid less than an american,or African,south African or Russian just because I'm Indian and my country according to the company has less economic expenses living or traveling doesn't matter I'm living in a came expensive country as others.work environment is good friendly but politics racisim,favouratisim is a lot going on.for traveling once a year flight ticket is paid.work life balance is OK we are provided food discounts in same chain of hote we can spend good time dining somewhere.some hotels where we work more than nine hours provide two days off in a week where in other hotels we work nine hours one day off is given.

...y for who ever near to the the hotel good for them not for out of city or state. Very basic salary, Only entry level associate will get overtime, not for supervisor level.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies aregood, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's ok company to work with, you see all indian owner running company are same end of day

Work life balance is not there. In fact all hotels has same problems people are working their head to toe but they are getting peanuts as salary. It's seriously a shame on the industry, been like this and will be like this.
