As it is a startup company... Many benifits, training, learning skills are missing.Experience people will make a difference but for that they have to stop judging people and conspiracy against their employees.

Working at Marmeto has been full of leaning and exploration. People are helpful and focused. A sense of achievement instilled among individuals after every successful delivery. Leads and managers are always looking to bring the best in you in most healthy way. It has been a tremendous experience so far. Looking forward to continue it in the same way.

I love working here because people care about me as a person and about my professional growth. Teammates are supportive and they are always there to help me with any doubts I have regarding my projects. Company policies are good. I enjoy working here.

Worst place to work in, most of the key account managers couldn't even complete 1 yr in this company. Because of NIL work life balance. And no wonder KAM are treated as workers

Whatever review you read about this company is FAKE. Worst HR ethics. Here the HR expects you to write a review about the company on the first day of joining. And to some of my colleagues it was also told that once u give our company a nice review (on glassdoor and ambition box) then only we will release the relieving letter. Some of the senior members of the company are very rude and they expect u today catchup all the work within one week only. Co-founder is very rude his employees and doesn't know how to behave with the new employees. They do all kind of fake reviews on social medias. Plz dont fall for it, there better companies than Marmeto. Other co-brands of Marmeto are better to work with.
