Overall, not a place if you want to grow professionally. You will never get appreciated for your hard work and efforts after working for 12 odd hours daily. After performing so well, you'll have to beg the management for appraisal which ultimately questions your dignity. HR is as good as invisible, still an adolescent, thanks to management. Never approach this statup else you will be squeezed.

1. Salary/stipend will not be credited in time. 2. No proper communication between management and employees. 3. Permanent job offer after internship is not guaranteed.

They give some time for training new joinees.

Dislikes

... expected too soon from the joinees. They expect the people at Associate and Sr. Associate level to work for 14 hrs daily, while the compensation is exceptionally low i.e., below industry standard. The attrition rate is high and they can fire employees within a day without giving proper explanation.

People in the organisation are very helpful and passionate towards the work leading towards towards new learnings and working culture.

Dislikes

...he management doesn’t care about the issues going inside the individual teams. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company forces you sign a bond for few positions. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's a startup. If you are an enthusiastic person you will get to learn about market research in detail.

Dislikes

Work life balance and work culture is very poor. Quite unprofessional paying their PF contribution. No other benefits as such to mention.
