Flexible timing, support from management in case of anything. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Managers attitude, managers don't do any work,. Managers only think about themselves, U will not get chance to learn, Lot of mandates and burden, No respect if you are Analyst.

Likes

Good learning when you are on consult and customization projects. You have some flexibility in timeline and get to interact with sales team and client.

Dislikes

...f office politics played on mass level) - but unfortunately, it's not illegal. So if you want stability, a decent salary, peace of mind you can join here but if you want to learn, innovate, feel appreciated, feel challenged (in a positive way) then this may not be the best choice.

Dislikes

When working from home, they don't provide laptop/desktop, they do not reimburse internet bills, no overtime allowance, etc. Sometimes unethical (and occasionally illegal too) with employees especially in money matters.

Likes

One of the most crucial thing is work life balance the company strictly adheres to its policy of 5 days working and no disturbance during weekends.

Dislikes

The only drawback would be the pay scale which starts from 4.5 lpa, but there are lots of opportunities for growth and eventually pay scale increases.

...severely cut, which has enormous effect on the associate/analyst level payscale. Work load is huge and no compensation whatsoever.

Dislikes

The leadership in terms of domain heads needs to be strong and approachable. The lower level employees are slogged while mangerial level people enjoy all benefits
