The Company has been tracking working hours, and whom so ever work below the fixed working hours their salary for the day will be detected. Though i have done my work on various projects, since i was not able to meet the production time my salary has been deducted (WITHOUT CONSIDERING THAT PROJECTS ARE BEING DELIVERED). Several times DEDUCTION HAPPENED TO ME. so its always the salary time , i have to check if i got full payment. To add to this HR policy, the company also imposed 4 days WFO. Which also includes Loss of pay, if u fail to be in office. worst HR Policy, more on micromanagement. Initially i liked working in the company, but they reduced the flexibility and made more towards just be in office kinda work culture. Talking about office life. .... way worst. they have the smallest possible cafeteria area. No good Food. The company is very poor to provide coffee powders for the employees. I'm just concluding it by There is no life @ MnM.

Flexible working hours. But since you are having laptop to carry home, you will be told to work from home leading to long working hours.

...you are terminated. There is too much of politics and comparison between peers. No or very less salary hikes. Unnecessary time consuming mandates. No work life balance.

The work itself was mundane, which was amplified by crazily tight deadlines that affected quality. Besides, the company did not have a defined HR policy and decisions were made at the whim of the top management.

Bad Management from top level itself Hire people to actually mentally harass the employees by putting unrealistic sales targets No training and expecting results in 1 month of joining ( achive 15k sales by junior employee) Such bad lead quality and good leads are taken away by managers Managers are the worst because they will use you as a dustbin by dumping all the bad leads in your side and taking away good leads Not even able to close the sales Just working in this system from past 7-8 years with no skills, intelligence and growth none whatsoever. They will steal your sales they will ask you to do their side of work as well and they will pretend that they are the sweetest creature in front of you and behind your back you are getting bad reviews everywhere. Not a good company to work in not at all because they are a scam they are not even aware about the leakage that is there and CEO have a tendency to invade your personal space even on Saturday sundays they keep training sessions and keep texting on WhatsApp group regarding how people are useless not working what he need others to do and blah blah. Please think before you join here and specially avoid managers like - Jaison Jose, Tanveer Maldar, Ankit puri, Jasdeep and ayush Jain as these people have no skills and are in this system from a decade stealing away peoples sales and very unethical in terms of work. They have no sense of how to talk to clients have no idea how to be a manager. So please think about it before you join this company there are better options out there rather than this nonsensical place.

No standard salary bands, senior associates sometimes earns more than a team lead. No goal setting process or skill enhancement. Just expected to work like a bull. Do not hire for a long time even if the team size is less by 50% due to resignation. Still workload remains same on the team. Very wrong paperwork of sales incentive scheme. Seems like incentives are just on papers or for head level only. Policies or rules changes fortnight without informing employees. Toxic work culture. Management is not aware of what level of toxic culture is getting on grounds due to CXOs. Non-practical mandates are enforced without thinking of the challenges. This is degraded report quality. Parking not available at office. In WFH scenario, they have not provided laptops to employees even after months. No transperency in company policies through HR.
