I have an awesome salary at this office. Based on my interview and past experience, I was given a good hike. This hike has been as per my experience. Within some time, I will be receiving my appraisal as well. I am very Pleased to work here. For excellent financial support, this is surely a recommended office to join.

...all job satisfaction. Largely though, this satisfaction is due to a good salary. Financial stability has been achieved by me as my salary is good. Since I started working here, I have been able to support my family better. Additionally, this pay does justice to every bit of effort I make when carrying out my duties.

Very good place to work nd good for beginners good guidance nd training is provided, den food was provided free good food too

Working Place is very good but yes there is lot of politics especially partiality inner gossips terrible lady manager, Salary is decent but growth is neutral, once you resign the management is worst they don't even help you for anything like of or for experience letter they play a game and acts

Manual Testing, no proper time u will get to test last moment they will provide you with the task for testing and will expect to finish on the same day. doesn't matter if you are in office till 2:00 AM. no automation tool getting used requirements are never fixed, always change which makes the product messy client always complaining about the product. hire and fire policy- any time you can get an email if you are not performant or average performer no work-life balance no value to your personal life at all your leaves can be cancelled any time even if those are applied 3 months ago you are blocked 24*7 bcz they are paying you. aways waiting queue for the washroom a senior software architect is a devil on the earth you need to inform the architect before leaving the office Your mobile will be taken once u will go to the office so that u can't attend interviews with another company. hr is like TOMCAT talk, hr will talk what directors will talk to hr no concerns taken care by HR policies can be changes anytime without intimation to employees no trust in employees

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is nice cafeteria and family g arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the there is decent but career growth is slow there is bound of 2 years before which you can Not resign. On the job training is not given to joiners.
