Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Only bhasanbaji and lot of acting .

Do not join to this group .joining in this group is only pain no gain.they won't even issue experience letter nor joining letter so working with this group is just a follish decision .They look for their organisation only they don't even care for the employee.simply exploiting the people for their betterment.its a rubbish company. These people require hard punishment .good for nothing .if u want to spoil career dhaba is better than this. When I left this property I realised the importance of career. Thanks Radhakant.
