...king week. Rarely, 2nd or 3rd Saturday is off, but usually, that’s not the case.
Salary expectations are not met. Candidates are unnecessarily kept on hold and then hired at lower salaries.
The candidate experience is highly unprofessional. Specifically, hr does not treat candidates respectfully and seems to consider them as tools to work for low pay.
There is no work-life balance at all. After working 20 days, you earn 1 leave, which is carried over to the next year and cannot be availed within the same year.
Overall, it feels like a "labor exploitation" environment with no regard for employee well-being.
Advice to Management:
Focus on improving HR policies and candidate handling. Employees deserve respect and fair treatment. For long-term success, the company must introduce better work-life balance and transparent processes.
Apart from all other things his not paying a deserve amount to their QA engineer only focus on developer salary it's hurting a lot only prefer a senior as junior your salary will be less then 50k
1. Work-Culture is very good - My manager helped me balance my Work and life. She is the one who will never ask you to stay long after the office timings and makes sure that you are fine and safe.
2. Efficient System - The systems for getting in to going out of the company is well made and provides one the smooth transitions.
3. Salary & Compensation - The synchronicity in all calculations parts are beautifully arranged in Marg. Employees get their salaries on time.
Standardized Designation system - There is semi standardized designationation system. An intern and an experienced person with 1 to 2 years of experience possess the same Designation. ( It can be considered as a good point too)
...uffered and no one is their to entertain your side even you treid 1000 of times. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
...married or have responsibility of your family then stay away for this company.
If you're getting a job at somewhere else with low salary then go for it as soon as possible.
