...for their employees very much.. Team outings, picnics are very frequently done.. And salary increments and appraisal are so satisfying so that you will love your work.. In short in retail MARDA is best company to work with .

Work culture is average. No work life balance and sales pressure is so much.

It's very tough to get leave here. Less staff in big stores is also a problem and in my 3 .5 years of career got only one increment.

Marda collection is very good company. At This company work culture is very good teammates are also very good. I learnt lots of things. If I get opportunity I want to again join this company. Due to some personal reasons I resigned but I love this company and teammates.
