Manager - Business Transformation

Job Profile:

Oversee portfolio of transformation projects and deliver on the following:

- Define, track and report progress

- Analyse & monitor movement on metrics and achievement

- Manage timelines along with identifying inter-dependencies to achieve desired results

- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks affecting initiatives

- Prioritization of initiatives across org. to maximize impact

- Establish and enforce a governance mechanism for progress and decision-making.

- Create MD updates on status, results/ outcomes and challenges to remove bottlenecks; Jointly work on updates across initiatives for robust reviews and discussions.

- Ensure alignment of execution of initiatives with MD's vision and corporate strategy.

- Program manage execution along with the related teams for critical modules.

- Manage timelines and escalate to senior leadership team for resolution, as needed.

- Manage budgets and resources dedicated to transformation program.

- Create plan on resourcing/ enablers required for the function needed for program.

- Identify and solve for dependencies across functions as needed for smooth execution.

- Deploy tools and dashboards for program tracking, collaboration, and communication.

- Manage communication about the program to internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure program compliance with regulatory, organizational, financial requirements.

- Serve as a key advisor to the senior leadership team as needed.
