Marble Box maintains a good work culture and always thinks about the employee well-being. The job security in this company is always in the highest level. The higher management has always been supportive to all the employees and encourages them to grow in their work life.

Dislikes

The only thing I feel can be changed is the salary banding for the employees. On paper it may look like good or average however, if it is compared to other companies which deals with General Insurance it will be considered on lower side.

Likes

They give rapid growth and salary, however there is no proper IJP, no training to develop your self in the new role. They will promote on basis of perception rather than skills, and hence there is no right fit for the role. Once you fail, they will make sure that you are held responsible for everything and thrown out of the company. Even though there is someone else who might be having worse data than yours but since he or she is blue eyed... Hence they are safe

Unorganised, politics, no work life balance, higher management bullies/ humiliates you as per their whins and fancies.

... them to release me they asked money from me which they gave us during pandemic. I was ready to pay that money with instalment from my salary as per contract but they did not give me work or salary and did not release me as well. So I had to abscond without any paper

Pros: If someone has self-motivation and self-evolving capabilities this organization is best for them. There are growing opportunities but in order to grasp them you have to prepare yourself in your own ways organization will not take initiative. You have to be overqualified in order to survive here for a long time.

Dislikes

...times your reporting head intentionally forces you to extend without any reason. During Covid-19 they put more than 50 working people on the bench without providing any salary for continuous 4 months. Totally failed to provide employees WFH while most of all companies choose to work from home rather than Work from the office for taking care of employee's health. This is totally not an employee eccentric company. Also, there is groupism in the workplace if you will not be part of that particular group you will not get a promotion or salary increment. I have wasted my valuable 1.5 years while working over there.
