work invironment is good and safety is really good and specially HR head is quite good by behaviour and intelligence

...n its most urgent or a visit of any buyers or when company owner plan to visit .salary is too low for my job profile . Best example is mess food when can not be changed at any cost or even small changes are not welcome for better taste (like less fried food or less spicy ) to make any such changes we need comittee approval .

...ompany owners are very good & they are open to innovation and adopts technology. Salary give on time

Dislikes

Compensation is low and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to 12 - 14 hours on daily basis. Appraisal is very bad & not give in time. They always give late appraisal & arrears not give 100%.

It's been 1 year and 6 months since I worked in Maral and I look after the maintenance department, my job is store keeper, ERP, but I am in charge of maintenance, my salary is 10200 and my post is worker. That's why I am unlikeing.
