The CEO is a know all Jack of all trades who blames others for his incompetency and abuses with the F word in everyday meeting. there is no HR in the company. Not to mention the Director of Development Ashish who is another piece of work who knows nothing about anything but thinks himself as Amitabh who jumps in at the right moment and save the day

Growing company, tremendous learning opportunity of Azure technologies, worldwide high demand product, good customers, on-time salary, CEO is very generous to sincere employees, good work doesn't go unnoticed.

Salary on time occasionally late. Flexible on taking leave and office timings. Provides dinner as office timing starts from 2:00 pm. Provides travel reinvestment. Extra/unavailed leaves can be transferred to the next year.

No job security. Hire & fire policy could spoil the company reputation. Odd office timing.

Tej (CEO) is one of the worst leaders in the world. he criticizes his people for his own mistake. he asks everyone to join long hours of call and then expect work to be done in a very short span of time. DO NOT JOIN THIS FIRM....REST is YOUR CHOICE.
