Nothing to like or enjoy

The company owner is just an idiot half mad brain less most disgusting person. He doesn't have manners how to talk to staff he thinks that by paying higher salary he owns the staff. Their is no productivity work in the Company no growth no increment no offer letter no appointment letter nothing is given to Employee. He thinks he is very smart and rest are bekaar and has no self respect. At the time of interview he is like Amitabh Bachan "aaao join Karo later when you join you will se the real SHAKAL in him. Please don't join this Company you wil spoil your Career.

Nothing is good .

...ding arguments . At the end of the day there is no growth or work satisfaction . May be you have earned your salary for that day but the employer is so discouraging and will mock you and interfere in every little thing you do . Worst place to join and most importantly the employer is so diplomatic that he will sound extremely humble at the time of the interview but once you have joined him after leaving your previous job , the same employer will make life hell for you . Only those in dire need of money and having no self respect or having no desire to achieve growth professionally would continue to stay longer . Rest all would leave in few months .Except for 2 to 3 old employees the staff keeps changing every 2 to 3 months .

The office timings are fixed

Everything. This is rather a form of Proprietorship as the owner is always interfering and annoying. Every morning he will come and check whether you are in office and if you are even 5 mins late he will ask you to take half day. Whatever work is given to you he will constantly interfere and ask you to make changes. Him being from non law background he will talk in layman laungage and ruin all cases. The condition of office is also not good. There are High court Orders against use of the building. The lift is not fit for use. The interior of the office has a lot of leakage issues. The worst of all is all saturdays are working. He only has 11 days national holidays. The owner also has this rule that you should not use mobile phones when in office. And as stated above he has this hire for fire policy. He will call you in office and fire you just because he pleases to do so. There are constantly interviews going on probably because he keeps firing people. Work wise:- There are only small causes matters. Apart from that few High court matters. You wont get much exposure or the opportunity to learn as the owner will keep on intermedling and demotivating you. I read the above reviews still chose to join. To my shock he treated me nicely for 1 week and fron the 2nd week he started acting the way people have spoke about him in the above reviews.
