Robin, the CEO, is an uneducated, characterless who also suffers from anger management problems. Typically, he harasses good-looking female employees, makes video calls at odd hours, is personal and asks about their relationship status, and belittles and underestimates them if they do not entertain him. As a result of the toxic work culture, he would call during the night for video and WhatsApp calls without any requirements as well as scream and shout, which not only affected me but also greatly affected my family. It is highly recommended that you do not join this company. The company is expected to close down very soon.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
