...ownership of team by managers HR dept has no power Not at all employee centric Salary issues Promotion is based on dirty affairs or unethical things not based on the work you do. (Manya’s Marketing Head Gaurav Bansal has made this kind of environment). Harassment and humiliation is extreme. Doesn’t provide you relieving letter easily even after serving notice. Don’t even expect your f&f money.

The only satisfaction is that we help to make dreams come true. Luckily my boss, the center manager is really good and very flexible in regards to work timings and leaves, which honestly made it easier to work. 6 days off in total per month is what we get and do not have any fixed dates for the week offs. EOD, only numbers mattered to him. As long as I keep doing my numbers, it was all good. The brand name makes it easier to gain the trust of the clients.

The Salary, growth, and incentives are really not up to the mark. Employees are not treated as Assets here and can be asked to leave at any point in time if not performing well.

They didn't support us even for 1 month. Our salaries were deducted by 25 percent even for March when lock down was just announced. Then in April end they ask us to leave. The decision taken by the management were quite irrational and favours some few people not everyone.

...e day they asked us to leave. So there was no integrity shown by the management. They didn't want us to serve our full notice period so that they don't have to pay us for more days.
