There’s Nothing to like about this place.

Dislikes

The management is the worst here, they’ve promised a hike for every 3 months but there wasn’t any hike and when confronted the manager simply lied that they haven’t said so. There are no projects but they still hire candidates.

Following are my most benefited areas... Creating great results Work Relationship Team and Team work Working with great people Gaining Knowledge Friends in work place etc..

Dislikes

Company's growth is slow and compensation designed as per the company standards not with the market standards. Managers do not value an individual suggestions, ideas we have, which is why i disappointed many times and reasons. Never happened any review meetings before to understand the company growth strategies and reaching the goal. To set everything, initiated few things to overcome from all the issues.
