I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Salaries are pending for the month of January , February, Marhc, April, May etc. Forcing employee to give resignation. No job security. They will hire you and not pay salaries for 5-6 months. When you literally beg for your dues, they would release one salary or so and wait for you to leave. The company has no vision, no respect for employees and no intent. Please refrain from considering even.
