...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

no recognition, salary not on time, no increments, two Sunday working, no breaks, should beg for our own leaves, no appreciation, lot of pressure

...rofessionals are handling the projects. Company policy's & S.O.P's are good. Yearly Appraisals are good & they give good salary hike for performers every year.

1. Worst management and extreme office politics 2. Not open to new ideas 3. The management cuts half of your salary if you reach even 1 second late. They don't considered bangalore traffic and weather conditions. Pathetic work life balance. 4. No work recognition whatsoever
