...ironment, very good work life balance. Give pace to employees to learn and work. Salary is on time. HR and IT are cooperative. Task ownership ly with you. So you need to own and get it done or do it. People, staff are very supportive. I am not sure for promotion and appraisal, as I am yet to get increament.

Very slow pace company Small company/premises, people coming from big corporate may find difficult in that. No wfh policy

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

here Management is thinking for employee 1st and during this pandemic situation also employees salary has been not deducted and supported extra for medically help this shows the vision of top management.
