1. In construction field salary is on time, they also provide salary in covid also. 2. Culture is good, arranged games, parties to release the pressure from work. 3.we get advance amount as we required. 4. Learning advanced techniques. 5.they taking care of labors in every aspect. 6. Good & Motivated Staff.

To much delay in loyalty bonus ,no clarity about bonus program, Less appraisal to existing employees and they hire other employees in extra scale.

At mantra Mirari site without reason senior management are forced all the staff to stay at office for meeting .extra 1.5hr will have to stay without reason .Mental harassment by AGM to all staff. Even one staff from this site has tried to commit suicide due to harassment
