The package is satisfactory but there is still a scope of improvement.

Dislikes

The management could be more welcoming to the non native marathi speakers and should establish English as the primary language in order to enhance overall product efficiency. The company has very strict food and clothing rules which could have been flexible otherwise so that the employees feel comfortable and the focus could be layed on performance of the employees more!

Culture is good, arranged games, parties to release the pressure from work. 3.we get advance amount as we required. 4. Learning advanced techniques. 5.they taking care of labors in every aspect. 6. Worst behaviour by senior HOD Mr katariya. He doesn't want to change and implement new things. Orthodox person and abusive. Many planning members have left the company because of him .He literally gives works like Xerox Krna , iski sign Lena h ,uski sign Lena h.
