Salary cuts, undue pressure despite lots of business, unnecessary processes and systems.

Dislikes

No support at all, unnecessary reports, unexplained salary cuts, power centralised on one person, no one is open for discussion. Unnecessary pressure despite overachieving targets.

The package is satisfactory but there is still a scope of improvement.

Dislikes

The management could be more welcoming to the non native marathi speakers and should establish English as the primary language in order to enhance overall product efficiency. The company has very strict food and clothing rules which could have been flexible otherwise so that the employees feel comfortable and the focus could be layed on performance of the employees more!

To much delay in loyalty bonus ,no clarity about bonus program, Less appraisal to existing employees and they hire other employees in extra scale.

At mantra Mirari site without reason senior management are forced all the staff to stay at office for meeting .extra 1.5hr will have to stay without reason .Mental harassment by AGM to all staff. Even one staff from this site has tried to commit suicide due to harassment

Good culture atleast in my team. No Politics in our architecture Department . AGM and all seniors are cool.
