...loyees 1-2months they layoff. If you don’t have project why you even hiring. Also salary is never at time, you will receive salary in 2 parts sometimes 30-70 ratio sometimes 50-50 ratio, when other companies employees get salary for next month our due gets cleared for previous months. No benefits. They also will say that 10% is your retention bonus but will never pay you that. If in case you get laid off remuneration also they won’t pay you. In my opinion don’t join This organisation, if you have no option and unemployed for very long time then consider it else look that some other company.

Very late salary sometime we don't get any salary for the month. There is no job security. They will make us to sign bond for job security but that doesn't matter they can fire anytime. No promotions are there.
