No proper salary and work life balance is zero here. Manager asks as to Cary laptop if we are on vacation they get angry if on holiday we don’t pick the call or don’t Cary laptop with us we get calls even at night 12 sometimes Working for a long period we still don’t get salary on timw

Hybrid model, you can work from anywhere no need to be physically present at office, but again it depends on the manager. Helpful colleague, everyone help each other

...loyees 1-2months they layoff. If you don’t have project why you even hiring. Also salary is never at time, you will receive salary in 2 parts sometimes 30-70 ratio sometimes 50-50 ratio, when other companies employees get salary for next month our due gets cleared for previous months. No benefits. They also will say that 10% is your retention bonus but will never pay you that. If in case you get laid off remuneration also they won’t pay you. In my opinion don’t join This organisation, if you have no option and unemployed for very long time then consider it else look that some other company.

...bonuses, which are an integral part of an employee's total compensation package. Additionally, there have been significant delays in providing the incremented portion of the salary. There are no other benefits and perks apart from salary, even that is also withheld sometimes.

No Job security, I Joined there in August 2023 and got laid off in Dec 2023 because they don't have Projects and I am surprised if they do not have projects why do they hire employees? also salary in 50%-50% Ration. and this happens around 10 or more employees.
