People were good natured, friendly. Some were toxic and used to cornerize, but 90% people were good by nature. My first lead was a bad person, very toxic and mannersless. Second TL was very good, friendly and very emphatic. Good for Kolhapur based people.

Opportunity of the training given to Safdarjung staff, allowed to take free decision on contents and approach. Safdarjung hospital Community medicine service to have AYUSH services also suggested.IT trained nurses, short hand trained nurses, Voices recognition systems etc for doctors analysed. It's great to have worked on government projects like MCGM, CIL. Team members are supportive. Open to innovation. Feedback are considered. It's great to worked with innovative team leader and team members.

Growth is slow. Sometimes, work pressure is high. No effective salary increment. Sometimes, have to work on multiple projects at same day.
