The director in manschaft IT Pvt Ltd is totally unprofessional he has mic installed in his office to hear what the employees say about the company,he would tell you that growth is good but at the time of increement they would give excuses and not give you increement and this has happend since 2 years .there was a women who had faced harrasment from one of the managers of manschaft and when she complained the director didnt take any action instead he sent his wife to convince the employee not to do any police company and the manager was yet not removed from the company is still working.
