Salary will not be provided on time. Won't get any statutory benefits. If you're planning to resign, won't get any settlement. No Job Security, Company may terminate you with no reason. Like to work for charity with unpleasant work culture, then go and apply.

There will be one useless person KUMAR will be working in sales , but he don't know how to communicate with the customer , This is only mistake company as taken, , when you are coming out of this organisation you have to leave one month salary

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
