...here the top management is protected even if some of them are outright are evil. Poor compensation structure. No benefits/perks at all. Very small workspace. People do not have space to sit. And even then work from home is not an option

Full of politics No proper growth No proper pay No clarity on plans Branch manager will be not having any product knowledge just asked us to close the leads with fake information to customers Targeting HR will listen you if u r above branch manager she won't give reply if u less than branch manager No proper channel for complaints

Managers behaviour is good, specialy my manager was very gentleman

Low salary,there is no goalsheet for promotion,every month you get different target and you never know your next months target, office premises is very short,training room too short,there is no pantry room,leave policy is horrible, Saturday timing is 9.30 to 1.30,but every Saturday you have be in office till 4-5 pm

Company Target were going higher side so unable to Achive. and salary and insentive is very low about to cost cutting. Training part is very poor. HR Hireing is just Filling the Blanks.

Learning as a new joiner very good. Timely salary payment. Good grow as a sales person. Working is easy in the company. Liked the work as input and output is easy there. Work culture is also good..

...aggressive to get daily result which is not possible. Either they will mark lwp. Newer got full salary as every month 5-6 lwp marked for all managers.
