Salary on time, never delayed. Team members are cooperative.

Dislikes

Management is horrible. Not a limited / listed organization. No benefits other than salary. Owner approach towards employees is just like bonded labour. Have to work more in areas that are other than your expertise. No proper hierarchy.

Lot’s of politics, Micromanagement, Mostly people resign within 3-6 month of joining, unprofessional. Top management is just time passing here, Don’t have my guts. Don’t join even you are jobless. You will losses your mental health.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
