Overall experience is okay. The company is open for innovation if you put your efforts outside the general working hours. If having a party every one or two months is a good culture, then it's good. They won't fire you but give you very minimal hikes if you don't perform well, hence 3 stars for job security. Scope for career growth is there, as it is easier to switch to another technologies within the company.

Dislikes

No extra facilities provided, like transport etc. There is a lot of micromanagement involved here. The way the work is done here, eg requirements coming in, changing requirements till the last moment of production push day. Biased policies for WFH. Holidays are not at all there, as you get 15 holidays earned over an year. And also, although there is a week's holiday for Diwali, but through out the year, you will end up working on Saturdays for every holiday that the company is providing. Employee feedbacks are not taken seriously. Less work satisfaction as you will end up compromising the code quality to meet the very tight deadlines.

Dislikes

Poor top management, frequent changes in employee policies, terrible work life balance, company has no vision to grow, HR doesn’t listen to you, you will be awarded if you are from top management, they treat employee as a slave, employee policies are different for top management and normal employee, it is more of a family business than an organisation, you will be questioned if you are late to work but won’t be appreciated if you complete your work working late night, you will get a warning if you go for tea break
