They support employes in lockdown. The md is a nice person. He will understand problem and help us in critical situation. The accommodation and food is good in this consultancy. The employes are well skilled, support each other

Dislikes

Salary payment is not good and they ask freshers to work for free for 3 to 1 year for training. As well as they make them work but we can learn everyting with in a month but they will not give salary for 1 st6 months. But work is heavy.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
