Job security is good. Working culture is worst more relegation & cast feeling. Management will not give the support for new ideas & improvements. Policies is good but benefits will not give the company only thay will show...

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good and I enjoyed working.

Dislikes

I feel there is no dislikes about company up to my knowledge for the days I had been there.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
