Salary are way below market standards Most of the senior people are just sitting and getting paid for no reason.. most of the work directly comes from Korea .. and korean person directly contact and communicate the work to team.. so dont see any reason for management here

- ADAS department is working on cutting-edge technologies like real-time camera-based object detection, LiDAR object detection, sensor fusion, etc. - You would get opportunities for authoring patents, national as well as international. - You would always find yourself learning something new. - Very high-end servers available for deep learning workload (Multiple GPU servers adding up to 50-60 high-end GPUs like Tesla P100, RTX 2080Ti). - If you are in the DL team, you'd get to work with some very confidential and interesting data. - In-house GT marking team, so you don't have to worry about a shortage of GT data for training DL models. - You'd be provided with some of the best hardware available. - Team outings are built into the company culture.

...t satisfactory. - Once in a while you'd have to stretch over your working hours. Meal and transportation are provided for the extended hours but not overtime pay.

Should you be considering a position with HL MANDO , it's important to be aware that roles might shift post-hire. Taking the time to review the service agreements and engage in dialogue with HR about role. Later they are asking for bond breakage amount on this so be careful

I love being in HL mando softtech. Sometimes there are bitter sweet moments. But aside that it is a great company to be associated with. It's been 5 years and i am still going strong hope to be there long.

Dislikes

I love it here. Tomorrow going to participate in dance. So it is fun to work heree. When you grow senior the pyramid flattens because it is a small organization. Other than that it's good place 😄
